United Dairy Farmers COVID-19 Notice - UDF

United Dairy Farmers COVID-19 Notice

On Saturday, April 25th, we have learned of a COVID-19 related issue in our store at 4344 Smith Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45212.

One of our associates has been confirmed with a positive COVID-19 test. This associate last worked on Thursday, April 23rd. In accordance with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the associate is quarantined and is not working at this time.

If you visited the store in the days leading up to this associate’s last day, we would encourage you to self-monitor your health, and contact your physician if you are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 (fever, shortness of breath, rough dry cough). You can also contact the Ohio Department of Health’s COVID-19 Information line at 1-833-4-ASK-ODH.

The safety of our associates, guests, and partners remains our top priority.

We have taken steps to identify and notify all associates who have worked closely with the employee at issue. These associates have been asked to self-quarantine and monitor themselves for any symptoms for 14 days.

As a precautionary measure, we temporarily closed the store and contracted a professional team to deep clean and apply a disinfectant to all surfaces of our store (both inside and outside-at the gas/air pumps, etc.) per CDC guidelines.

This store is now open. We will continue to enforce enhanced preventative sanitation and safety measures in all of our store to prevent the spread of illness to the fullest extent possible.
