  1. Where do I download the UDF app?

    Download the United Dairy Farmers U-Drive App from App Store or Google Play.

  2. Where do I view offers on the UDF app?

    In the UDF app, select Cash-Back Club Offers. After confirming you’re 21, browse offers and Add Offer before making an in-store purchase to redeem.

  3. How do I redeem offers?

    Select Add Offer inside the Cash-Back Club section within the UDF app before making a purchase. Scan your registered U-Drive card when making a qualifying purchase. Look for an email associated with your U-Drive account to redeem after purchase. Email will be delivered within 72 hours.

  4. Where are offers available?

    Offers, vary by location and are available in Ohio and Kentucky.

  5. How do I receive the rebate?

    Claim the rebate, delivered via email, then select payout preference with the option of a prepaid Visa or PayPal.

  6. What if I don’t have a PayPal account?

    The customer will receive an email to create an account.

  7. What if my PayPal account is different from my U-Drive account?

    The customer can add secondary email addresses to their primary PayPal account after selecting PayPal as payout choice.

  8. What email is the rebate sent to?

    The rebate is sent to the email address associated with your U-Drive account.

  9. Will I receive marketing information from adult beverage brands?

    UDF does not share or sell customer information with adult beverage brands.

  10. How long does it take to receive the rebate?

    Within 72 hours.

  11. Who pays the rebate?

    BYBE, a non-licensed third party, reviews, processes and pays the customer for their qualifying purchases. Adult beverage brands are solely responsible for the funding of offers.

  12. How much does the UDF app cost?

    The UDF app is free.

  13. What happens if I don’t receive my rebate via email?
