Follow these step-by-step instructions and we’ll help you get to the bottom of it.
- Contact our Customer Relations department at 1-800-833-9911 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Take your vehicle to an ASE A8-certified repair shop to verify the problem.
- If the problem is our fuel, have the qualified technician fill out the right side of the Customer Claim Form.
- Have the appropriate service performed to fix the issue, then send the completed Technician and Customer Claim Form to:
